After I read your suggestion ,
I note the call directly transferred to the voice mail box as you told,but if the outside Caller dials the number of an extension
& that extension is busy the caller will hear No Answer greeting (the call is not answered), instead of station is busy.
Please I need help in the programming of Auto attendant, to play the correct messages ,
