I believe you are not getting a dynamic IP assigned from the router. Try setting it up as an available Static IP address higher up in their range as a test. It is one of the first settings as you boot the phone.
Go to a PC on their network and type in ipconfigsys from a command prompt to get an idea as to what IP to try out.
Hope that helps.
We had this at an account and found out the customer locked down all the DHCP hand offs by Mac address.
