Eliminate Partner and Install Panasonic 4 line? #460346 08/25/10 10:08 AM

Want to go to Verizon for landlines, they were said to be "copper" 4 years ago and cannot be converted because of ATT Partner Plus system? Is this still true? Can I remove the partner box and system switch gear and install Panasonic KXTG4500? Will my existing jacks still supply service without the box and modules? Second part, my jacks are 4 line, the partner requires 2/2 line jacks, is it easy to separate the base unit four line into 2 two line jacks? Love to have a tech guy in the area check it out and do my install DC/Bethesda
