A friend of mine is moving his offices to Santa Monica where there is an existing intact Nortel switch in the space. From what he tells me the previous tenant didn't pay rent and the switch comes with the suite. He plans on getting 5 lines and I told him I do not know enough about Nortel to see if it can be reused in his proposed configuration.
