I am one of the Norvergence customers who has been left in the cold. I have the administrator's and installer's passwords for our 48-key telephone systems, and have been able to program a number of different features without the actual installer's manual. BUT, I need to switch/move two stations (employee with ext. 106 is moving into empty office with ext. 110 - we are a sales agency and cost to get new business cards printed with all our companies would be crazy). I have tried the Function 30: Station Move, with no luck. Can anyone help me?
