Ok, one of our customers ended up going with a Shoretel phone system. Their old Samsung voicemail used to have a mailbox that would alert a pager three times. If they didn't answer then it would go to the second pager for three times then finally to the third pager. Their new Shoretel phone system doesn't do it and Shoretel is telling them that they will have a fix in about 6 months from now. They cannot wait that long so they called us to see if we could think of something.
Can you guys think of something? All I can think of is somehow putting the Starmail on an analog port and getting it to work somehow that way. Anyone have any other ideas?
