Thanks for the reply. I'm doing this research cause sometimes when I do some calcs for guying for a Joint Pole(when Power, Phone, and Cable) are on, you're basically guessing the "pull" tension of their cable. Granted, I'm pretty conservative on my guesses, but it would be nice to figure out the actual tension that their wire has on the pole.
I guess I'll have to keep searching.
