I thinks it's an 1832. Anyway, they use an avx voice mail. In one of the call routing boxes, you're transferred to a single line ext thats forwarded "off net". I replaced the single line card and the forwarding on the single line was gone. I went off hook and dialed 57 00 and now, when you dial the extension directly it forwards out, but when I choose it through the call routing box, I can hear my call transfer, get dial tone, dial a couple digits, then it replays the main greeting. so, internally dialing the extension works for forwarding to an outside number-but hitting that extension from the call routing box, it dials two digits and the call ends up playing the main greeting. why?
