i have an emerald ice with a flash mail. i have extentions that the status light will start blinking as if there is a new message. the display says new message. the mailbox is empty. i have tried the message waiting feature code, deleting the mailbox. adding the mailbox back. tech support just says reset the system. is there anything else i can do? Thx!!

As I said before, I am far from versed on the ICE, but I run across this all the time on the NEC products, and what it always turns out to be was someone left a MW. There is usually a clear code. I will try and dig deeper on this but at least it is something to look for.
