Ok Ive been battling this PROTEGEVoice SVP-4 system and I think I know where the problem is. I am trying to add a mailbox and am connected to the
mail using Procomm as the Protege manual recommends however when I attempt to define the mailbox type by depressing the "ALT" key and the letter "Y" the "SD" light on Procomms RS232 indicator the "SD" (send data) light never blinks, therefore I am unable to assign the mailbox type. Has anyone seen this issue and or does anyone know the fix to my problem? I really appreciate any and all input if anyone has any ideas or suggestions. Thanks fellas
