I have an employee who is somehow able to "push the right buttons" so that they can hear phone conversations occurring on other lines throughout the building. We have the GMX-43 phones, their's is the 24 line so, as you can imagine, this person is very busy but not on company business one could safely assume! I know the obvious option is termination but proving this is not that easy... eliminating the access would not only solve the problem but maybe surprise the culprit when it doesn't work anymore!
