If they are newer firmware polycom's then you can do some simple provisioning through the web interface on the phone. If not, or you would rather use the full configuration parameters, you can download the polycom administration guides and the one-generation back from current firmware yourself.

Just an FYI, polycom uses a unified provisioning set-up, so all polycom's will use the same config files. It's just a matter of what firmware revision is needed to make them all work at once.
