I made a bootable Clonezilla USB thumb drive. Works really well. The image restore to the new hardrive takes about 15 minutes. 12 down 28 to go... If you were doing a win7 deployment, next time take a look in to the native "sysprep" offered by MS. There are some added advantages than just doing a clone.
