Hi, I am trying to configure our Intertel Axxess system to allow for a second line to open up when a user receives another call. Currently it will go straight to voicemail instead of ringing in. I changed the forwarding path options to ring principal once so now they will get one ring and then go to voicemail. I know there is a setting somewhere that will allow it to ring like normal on a second line before transferring to VM but I can't seem to find it. If anyone knows can they point me in the right direction? Thanks!
