I can see that it would work great for SOHO/branch locations. While I was out in AZ for Wave training we had a Vertical project lead for the Xcelerator taking the class with us and we made it integrate with the Wave...so it does have some flexibility. We didn't get really involved with the Xcelerator, but I didn't see it as a "bad" system.
It does say something though when Vertical retracted this product from the dealer channel and started bundling it for sales at Costco and with AccessLine services...
