We had one of those things and from what I recall, The Stick messes with our phone company forwarding - CO sees the line was picked up and stops forward-on-no-answer from occurring. But actually now that I think more about it, that was only important with our old partner system with no auto attendant. It's not so important now with the Toshiba and we might be able to use one of those again. Thanks for the idea.
