I'm trying to assist a customer in updating the greetings on their Nortel Compact ICS. I'm using Feature 983 + password AA and CCR. I found the Company greetings under AA but can't find the Menu greetings. What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

I found where do do the recording--making progress but after recording a new audio prompt and logging back it, I found that the new recording was lost even after deactivating the CCR in the table

If you didn't save it right it has gone to Tree #5...
