Due to storm, Starplus STS is down. Have tried to turn on/off for re-boot and also unplugged and replugged in. Not working. LED display on phone indicates "no sync". Spoke with gentlemen who installed and he mentioned something about voice mail card and recommended I post issue here. 5 phones on system in small office. Need to get back up and running ASAP.
