I installed Network eManger today and can't connect to my CTX 670. The Ip address in program 916 is built in clients but when I attempt to connect the error is Connection failed!Error_could_not_connect_to_call_agent.
When setting up the client the community field has me confused what is it's purpose and what do I enter, I tried the system password without success.

What software do you have in your laptop, must be the PRO version of Wizdoz as in Windoz7PRO, don't know if it does 8PRO yet, I still have my old trusty Dell 1100 and a Mac 13 inch powerbook with Windoz7Pro and it was a terrible bitch to get it to work in that.

There are, of course, a few things that could cause you have trouble connecting. Some are basic, but I will mention them anyway.

Wrong IP address. ( I see that you verified prg 916)
Not on same subnet as admin PC. Can you ping the IP?
IP conflict. If you unplug the network cable from the Toshiba, does the pinging stop?
The Community Name must match exactly. Don't post it or ask it to be posted here. It is considered a password.
CIX lockup. Try power cycling the PBX
