You may need to clear the HUNT and FDN (I think?) settings on the TN. Kinda what I thought. OUT FDN Like doing a name ? AHH HAA I say. LD 20 chg type tn echg yes item fdn x(pilot number here) item cls fnd htd item hunt x(pilot number) Removes the hunt to Voice Mail
