We have an emaGEN 10.2.8 LE64 voicemail server that the Dial By Name Directory portion of the Night Greeting stopped working recently. Voicemail messages are still able to be left and retrieved. The Web Controller also is not accessible via the LAN IP address even though it is correctly hooked up. I restarted the emaGEN system by logging in via a computer and keyboard direct hookup, but that did not fix the issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?
