OP roboam Member Joined: Feb 2013 Posts: 4 Miami,FL	Thanks to all who replied. I have still the issue. I have checked my operation mode, the ringing group assignment and I have the same issue. The incoming call are suppose to ring 5 times before the automated attenddant to grab them, but they are being grabbed intermediately. Any advise on what setting to check to make this option work fine? I have a nec elektra elite ipkii PBX. Thanks
