I work for an employer that uses a Cisco phone system. I have a question regarding reports available from the Call Manager. I don’t have access to the Call Manager.

In my office there are nine 7941 series phones. The top button on each set is for the employee’s personal extension. The second button is for the main office number. Is it possible to get a usage report showing the number of calls to the main office number that get answered on each individual phone?
