Have a customer site with about 40 installed Unified Messenger setups. (Axxess 9.002 with VPU running Windows 2000) All but one work as designed. All desktop PCs are the same with same OS (XP Pro - v2002, all using MS Outlook 2003 Small Business Edition.
On this particular PC, the UM just stops working. Need to reload to get it to work again. Was happening about once every two months, now it is down to every two days. Ideas from the wisdom of the board?
