Sounds to me like it is no longer the attendant station. I suspect the it has been swapped...you don't have a dss next to it do you? If it is still 100 then they have forgotten how to set the time correctly.
It isn't hard to relocate a station and it has be done by accident.
1. Press [TRANS], then * 1 (for station back up). 2. Unplug the station. To retrieve stored station attributes once a station has been relocated: 1. Plug the phone in at another properly wired jack. 2. Press [TRANS], then * 2 (for station retrieve). The station is relocated in the system, and all station attributes are copied to the current station location.
