Haven't seen a DST issue with the UM8000 since the very old software versions. You're correct it has been a problem in the past. Usually if we come across it I just tell the customer to hold down the reset button on the UM800 until it reboots and all is well. The software versions of UM8000 sold over the past few years have had no problems.. Mind you I think we only sell the UM8000 on the SV8300 these days as the InMail does everything so well..
