If you liked the Axxess go to the 5000. Similar programming with tons more features added to it. The new HX 6.0 Mitel 5000 controller has a huge benefit list compared to the Axxess. Contact your dealer. The upgrade is easy from the Axxess to the 5000 and you may even want to keep your old phones. Why would anyone want to consider anything else?
