I am trying to setup a mailbox to dial a phantom number , but cant seem to get the vmail to look at the token string.

I get to the mailbox ok ( 450 ) and then want it to look at the token string.

I then wanted a greeting to play at this point saying all our operators are busy please hold and we will connect you. At this point it would then transfer to another phantom no.

I had set in mailbox 450 @P(G1)-F-401-H ( where 401 is the other call phantom ). The call just goes through to mailbox 450 and asks you to leave a message. Cant seem to get it to look at the token process first. Any advice would be great.
