sbx phones sent to aztec for repair seem to be taking longer and longer. i am waiting for a couple i sent in at the begaining of march. they were under warrentee and aztec has had them repaired and sitting waiting for vertical to give them the release. they have been repaired for a while now. i called vertical and they said there is some kind of internal problem with them. customer is waiting for these phones. has anyone else experianced this and is there a way to get vertical to act faster on warantee repairs. thanks dave
