this is how we do it. 30000-300032 UDP to the OAS card (when set to MGI) as that carries the voice. 9000-9001 UDP 6000-6001 UDP 6100 tcp the last three ports go to the systems IP. we have come across where some routers/system doesn't like the port forward being set to both tcp/udp (not sure why but setting it to only whats needed works) hope that helps you.
