Hotel has a speed dial button on room phones labeled for wake up calls. The button is programmed to dial an abbreviated dial entry. In form 31 that corresponding speed dial entry is programmed to dial the automatic wake up entry - it doesn't work.
My wake up code is set to *1 in form 2 so the speed dial entry in form 31 was set to **1*304 (send *1 then wait for four digits) but the system does not respond. If I manually dial *1 or program *1 into the phone directly, it works. Just cannot get it to work through the abbreviated dial entry. Trying to avoid having to go through and reprogram 200 phones.
