Sorry if this question has been asked but my search did not return any answers.

My questions:
1)How do I forward a phantom extension to an external number?
2)And how do I stop forwarding?
3)Is it possible to find out what number a phantom is forwarding without have to call that extension? We have a phantom ext set up by an ex employee and would like to find out if that particular ext is forwarding to his personal phone.

I remember seeing someone set up phantom forwarding by punching a series of programming from a desk phone but I don't have the exact instructions. Or is there another way to do this in DB Studio?
