You can upgrade the CCS to Customer Service Manager (CSM) Or "Mitel My Contact Office". Yes they renamed it again. It will also run in a VM blade. If the customer is upgrading the controller upgrade the CCS as well because XP is no longer supported. Not your fault, Microsoft is to blame.
