I never sold the "Triad" line, but did sell the Infinite line. Wouldn't the Triad phones have had a serial code sticker underneath that would read something like "SFG816432" The "G" would mean July, and the 1st digit "8" would be the year? If so, there's the answer. Well that will tell you when that phone was made, not when Vodavi quit making them.
