Look at the ESI. The NEC phones are impossible to work with even if you have the password and complete user manuals for the system. The ESI are extremely user friendly. I believe you have a computer interface that you can change buttons on your phones, etc.. It also intergrates into your e-mail,etc.. https://www.esi-estech.com/products/systems/VIP/videoplayer.php
