Hello,

I've just been put in charge of an InterTel PBX system running DB Studio 1.52. Inter-Tel 8.224.

Unfortunately, I had no idea that I was going to be taking care of the phone system. I have almost zero phone system experience.

I was hoping you might be able to help me with an error one of my users is having. When attempting to dial outgoing, this error occurs:

Outgoing Access Denied

I've checked the stations associated Extensions settings and they match all of the working extensions. I don't know how to check to see if this extension is setup under a correct trunk. Incomign calls and intercom calls work fine.
