I feel kind of dumb asking this questions. But I have a customer that does not want to dial 9 to get CO line. He wants prime line set to CO line group. But when I set the Prime line to CO Line group and make it hot. I cannot get back to the intercom for internal calls. I do not see option for a intercom button under Flexible button programming PGM 115.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help.
Sincerely, BB

Dial the 3 digit extension before you pickup the handset. Or use dss buttons

I believe if you have a dss key programmed with your own extension number it will give you intercom dialtone. I can't verify that with the Summit but it works for other systems.

Or dial your own extension number before lifting the handset or turning on the speaker. Cumbersome........
