Thanks for the info. I see Samsung has closed its OfficeServ section @ https://www.samsungbusiness.com/business/pages/content/officeserv2.aspx is there any better site available? Is the update freely available or only for certified techs? I see this is pretty complicated system and everything is done by techs not end users.. Also when I connect "OfficeServ installation tool" to my Officeservs' IP, then it instantly asks for password so I can't update it.
