All,
I recently purchased a Siemens OptiPoint 410 S to use as a PoE SIP phone with my VoIP service. The seller that sold it wasn't proactive enough to get the administrator password from the hospital IT administrator where it originally came from, and he is dragging his feet big time about getting me the password from them. I'd like to get this phone in a usable state. I can't seem to do much of anything without the password. Does anyone know of any hard reset procedures that I can run on the hardware within the phone (i.e. shorting a pin, etc).
I have already tried the reset passwords, obvious passwords like 000000 and 123456, 654321, and everything listed online on this phone.
Hoping I can find a solution here.
As always, any help is appreciated.
