Call Forward Timer is set to 15 seconds.
That is what I set the Transfer Return timer to as well, so now unanswered AA calls do go back to the users mailbox. I just don't know why CF is not working, I would rather use that. I didn't get arund to checking COS, but I doubt that is it.
