HELLO EVERYONE.... I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH A NORTEL MICS 5.0. THEY HAVE SEVERAL T24 ADJUNCTS BUT THEY ONLY WORK AT 6.1+ LEVEL.
I PURCHASED A 6.1 LICENSE. CAN I SIMPLY POWER DOWN, SWAP LICENSE CARD, & REBOOT? I AM HAVING ISSUES GETTING/FINDING A STRAIGHT YES OR NO ANSWER. -SETS ARE M7310, M7324, T7316, T7316E -ANALOG TRUCK SERVICE (NO PRI) -3 DIGITAL STATION 0X16 -CALL PILOT 150
