A hotel in our city has a Phone Suite system that was purchased from an unknown out-of-town vendor by the previous owners. There are currently minor issues with the system. Specifically, some of the analog ports are bad - we were able to switch the ports to spare ports but the client would like to have their old extensions and configuration back.

As far as I know this is the only business in town with a Phone Suite system, so obviously I have no experience with Phone Suite systems. If there's anyone on this forum able to provide remote, paid technical support with this that would be super.
