need help programming 911 to work without dialing a 9
customer has pri card and dials 9 to get a line out
but it works if i dial 9911 but law states no line access in front of 911

By default if you dial 911 without the leading 9 the system will wait for 5 seconds then send the call out to 911. The timer is adjustable.

If it doesn't work as mentioned above you would have to make sure the OLG for your PRI is set in the Enhanced 911 section. By default it will be set to OLG 1 but this might not be the number assigned to your PRI.
