i am new to nec and trying to learn the sl1100. i have it set up for the auto attendant to answer and give menu. a call not answered at the ext. goes to the mailbox in about 20 seconds. i have been looking in the manual but nothing i have tried lets me shorten the time. can anyone tell me the correct program for this. thanks. dave

First, are you set for UTRF or TRF in your DAT table. TRF will be handled in the Auto Attendant setting in the inmail section. UTRF will be in the hold transfer section assuming they are all in the same COS for timers.

24-02-03 if all phones will be uniform in their time to forward. If you want them different, use 20-29 and 20-31-15.

nothing seemed to work i still was getting 20 seconds. nec tech suport said to use 24 02 04. that is a recall timer so i didnt think it had anything to do with it but it does work. i can set it for less or more rings. this is a system timer and effects all phones.

You need to do two things to change the Call Fwd Timer for an extension. (I see Ken hit it earlier)
1) Put the extension in a different timer class in 20-29
2) Adjust the settings for that timer class in 20-31-15
