in our sv8500 the call to operator can be: 1- by dialing "0" the access code to operator 2- by dialing "#0" the priority access code assigned for some VIPs as requested by the customer.
In some cases, phone users need to forward their calls to the operators, they dial the call forward access code + "0" and this works fine.... For the VIPs with priority feature, is it possible to forward their calls to the operator by dialing the call forward access code + the priority access code? I tried it this way, but DOES NOT work...! the idea is to inform the operator that there is an important call to some VIPs who forwarded their calls to the operator. Best Regards.
