That is part of an EVMC, embedded voicemail card. It is missing the hard drive, and the bracket/front that goes into the Axxess cabinet. Who knows if that even works...EVMC's are not bad, they come with 64 mailboxes and are limited to 200 mailboxes if I remember right. What software version is your Axxess?
