conxtel Member Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 298 Alberta, Canada	Sounds more like a UM8000 voicemail prompt vs InMail. You will have to log into the voicemail as the system administrator and add a mailbox. Someone should have been given access when the system was setup, if not, you'll have to log in via web browser and create mailbox or add manager status to existing mailbox.
