We have hundreds of IP2500 Wave systems. Most run v4.5, some are 5.0. We received some light training on the Trace Console, but I'd like to learn it more in-depth so I can get more use out of it. I didn't find anything in the Vertical knowledge base. Is anyone aware of any good reference on this, or is it a feature that's not in the newer systems and therefore not emphasized on their website?
