You will need the software and a special DK Admin LPT1 port dongle. It is DOS based but will run in windows. It is great for backups and restores but you can still do all programming from the set. Actually the most recent version does not require the dongle. You do need the PPTC-9 serial adapter This software really helped when upgrading a system to a CIX.I was able to see all the extension.
