Has anybody installed Incontrol yet. System is 7.00.64. UC Suite is 5.1. Contact Center is 2.2. I get SMDR fine but no activity in the Incontrol reports. Am I missing something? Thanks...

Make sure you have the incontrol license AND you have been in the administration screen to allow whoever logs in to run reports. Yes, I have this in the field and it works great.

Thanks Coral. I do have the Incontrol license. I created a user in 20-59 with premium. When I go to admin I see the user with premium, Incontrol enabled and monitor enabled. I can log into Incontrol with the user name and password. I can edit departments but when I run a report I see no activity. Firewall is off on the svr2 and laptop. Could I be missing a port. Thanks again

SMDR is irrelevant now. Make sure your ACD report stream are sent to LAN.

Dashboard works great. No info in Incontrol. I tried basic, standard, advanced, premium. Enabled Incontrol & Call Center Apps.

Found the problem. Server time was different than the 9100 time.
